Quotes I had hardwood floor in the kitchen and dining room area that had not been touched since the initial install 17 years ago. It was supposed to be a dark mahogany color but it now looked light brown with many faded spots. Ted came in and in four days (one of those being Thanksgiving morning) he sanded everything down, which brought out the original dark color of the wood, the use of a clear satin finish oil based in 3 coats with fine sanding in between. The result is absolutely excellent, and no one that has seen them before can believe that it is the same wood. Won't have anyone else touch my floors. Quotes
